How Do I Start the Personalization Process?
By clicking on the 'Personalization' button on the detail of the House of Silk product you want to personalize, you can choose your text, font, color and placement.
Which Products Can I Personalize?
The personalization option is not available on all products. Selected House of Silk products can be personalized with a monogram of your choice. Embroidery areas vary depending on the product type, which you can view on the product page.
What Colors Can I Choose?
We have complementary colors for each product to choose from. However, if you have a special request for a color that is not available, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
How Many Characters Can a Text Be?
A maximum of 10 characters can be added. However, if you have a special request for additional characters, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What is the Embroidery Fee?
The personalization fee is 350 TL per location, while punctuation marks such as periods are free.
Are Personalized Products Returnable?
Personalised items can only be returned if the embroidery is not received or the embroidery is faulty. Please note that all personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
