We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate for our store located within Cape Arna in Fethiye — a destination known for its serene, boutique atmosphere surrounded by nature.

• Experienced in retail sales (preferably in textile / lingerie / premium segments)
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural and trustworthy communication style
  
• Passionate about sales and results-driven
  
• Attentive to visual merchandising and store aesthetics
  
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  
• Careful and consistent in stock tracking and product management
  
• Familiar with Nebim V3 or similar retail management systems (preferred)
  
• Proficient in English (important for communication with international customers)
  

Job Description

• Actively engage in sales and manage the overall customer experience
  
• Provide accurate and effective product information
  
• Maintain store order, visual presentation, and product placement
  
• Track daily stock levels and report shortages regularly
  
• Handle cashier and sales processes smoothly and accurately
  
• Check incoming products and ensure proper placement
  
• Represent and communicate the brand’s identity and experience to customers
